Organizing a family reunion can be tricky, especially when trying to make it fun for all ages. Last year, I helped plan one, and I quickly realized that just having food and music isn’t enough—you need activities that keep people engaged. We ended up setting up a mini outdoor movie night, a trivia contest with family history questions, and even a relay race that had everyone, from kids to grandparents, participating. If you’re looking for inspiration, I found this great list of ideas: https://rentforevent.com/blog/17-memorable-and-exciting-family-reunion-activity-ideas/ A tip from my experience—plan a mix of active and relaxed activities so that everyone can participate in something. And if you’re using any AV equipment, test it beforehand. At our reunion, we almost had a disaster when the projector wouldn’t connect, but thankfully, we had a backup HDMI cable!
Well done, Heidi!
That's awesome, Heidi; We'll need to add that to the congrats section of the next Arizona Authors Digest.
